StoryTellerScotland
was established as a working partnership in 1992 by two internationally
renowned storytellers, writers and recording artists, Linda Bandelier and David Campbell.
This fruitful partnership has successfully offered traditional tales from around the world
as well as new story creations for institutions such as the National Museum of Scotland, Historic
Scotland, Scottish Natural Heritage, British Waterways, British Telecom, and Elderhostel International
among others.
Our storytellers, Linda Bandelier and David Campbell span the Atlantic and range from the Rocky Mountains of Montana to the Highlands of Scotland. Their tales chronicle the world-wide cultures they have travelled as well as the ancient Celtic lays of Scotland, through turbulent epochs of history to stories of our own critical times. They can take you to the fairy glens, the haunted castles and the story-whispering streets of ghost towns, or they can teach you how to tell your own stories, for business or pleasure. David and Linda have taken their lore of stories world-wide and are sought after for the treasury of tales they have gathered, written, fostered and honed to their own skilled craft.
